What we do – How ordering works


I am Bernie, founder of Snow White and the Seven Dresses. (Yes you can chuckle, I chose the name for a reason 🙂 ) Please read below if you are unsure of what we do, however take note that we are passionate about service and we will go the extra mile to assist you at all times.

As you can imagine, we simply cannot keep all of the gowns in the catalogues as there are so many and they come in a variety of colours with most being tailored to your measurements. We are an online shop, here to assist you with ordering your own custom gown.


In our online shop page you can make secure purchases of all our in-stock products. If you would like to view any of the stock gowns/products in our online shop, please contact us via the Contact Us page to arrange an appointment. We work on appointment only and are in Alberton, Jhb South.

To obtain more information on gowns/products to order from our gown/product catalogues, pricing, colours etc. send us a message via our “Contact Us” page and quote the item code. We will provide you with a quote and further information on the gown, deposit requirements to secure your order as well as colour and measurement charts to assist you.

Delivery of custom ordered gowns is 4 – 6 weeks, please take note.

We will also gladly meet with you for a cup of tea to discuss your requirements, needs analysis and take your measurements if you are near enough to visit with us.
